Valmar Trading Estate is situated just south of the intersection of Denmark Hill and Camberwell New Road. It is accessible from Valmar Road and multiple entrances on Denmark Hill. The site currently contains a number of light industrial buildings, approximately 50% of which are dilapidated and vacant.

The proposal for the site comprises an art’s inspired hotel, art studios, co working,  rooftop gallery and 43 new homes.
